Play-To-Earn Metabolism Updates

We will like to inform our users that the metabolism level algorithm for both Character NFTs and Weapon NFTs will be updated.

The updates is done such that the characters and weapons with higher price have significantly higher metabolism level and hence a higher win rate.

The new metabolism level algorithm will be as follows:

Character NFTs Metabolism Level

• p is the price of the NFT character in ETNA
• N is the number of hundreds in p.

Weapon NFTs Metabolism Level

• p is the price of the NFT character in ETNA
• N is the number of hundreds in p.

EXAMPLE:

Using Nyx for Battle

since Nyx has a price of 2005 ETNA at the time of writing this article, if a user battles with Nyx, the player will gain 60 points in Metabolism level.

Using Deer Keeper for Battle

since Deer Keeper has a price of 436 ETNA at the time of writing this article, if a user battles with Deer Keeper, the player will gain 44 points in Metabolism level.

Battle Win-rate and Earning Expectations

Consider two players who both battles the Novice level with the following NFTs:

Player 1: used Nyx and 3 vista as weapons. This player will have a total metabolism level of 96

This player has an earning expectation of 5.5 ETNA in 7 games

In a week, player 1 have an earning expectation of 38.5 ETNA

In a month, player 1 have an earning expectation of 165 ETNA

Player 2: used Deer Keeper and 3 Raijin as weapons. This player will have a total metabolism level of 68

This player has an earning expectation of 3.75 ETNA in 7 games

In a week, player 2 have an earning expectation of 26.25 ETNA

In a month, player 2 have an earning expectation of 112.5 ETNA

Summary of Expectations of Player 1 and 2

As you can see, player 1 earn 50.25 ETNA more as compared to player 1.

This shows that with the updated metabolism level, more expensive NFTs earn significantly more as compared to cheap ones.

The updated metabolism algorithm will be deployed within the next few days. More information will be published in coming days.
